We have an exciting new research assistant role available here at the Neuroscience and Psychology of Sleep Lab (NaPS) in Cardiff University's Brain Research Imaging Centre (CUBRIC).
This role is part of a new Wellcome Trust Grant focussing on using Targeted Memory Reactivation in sleep to alleviate PTSD and Depression like symptoms. You can find some more information on this project here. The newest recruit will be joining our team of 11 people led by our principal investigator Penny Lewis. Check out our current team and their experiences here.
Here at NaPS, we have a sleep lab with 3 x participant sleeping rooms for overnight sleep studies, all managed by a central control suite. We use EEG and TMR to investigate memory consolidation and how we can manipulate different memories.
If you are interested in applying for the role, check out the full job description here and apply. We look forward to hearing from you.
